AutoTrade P2P never moves your money. It does not buy, sell, transfer, deposit or withdraw, and it never releases crypto. Those decisions stay with you, always.
1. What you are agreeing to
By using AutoTrade P2P (“the app”) you accept these terms. The app is operated by CONNECTA DIGITAL SOLUTIONS S.A.C., RUC 20615591221, Jr. Marsella N° 255, Piso 4, Asoc. Pro Viv. Buenos Aires, Peru, and “we” and “us” in this document mean that company. The app comes in two versions of the same product — a web application that you use from your browser at app.autotradep2p.com, and a Windows application — and these terms cover both. Section 2 says how they differ.
2. What the app is
A desk assistant for merchants who trade on Binance P2P. It replies in the chat of your own orders with templates you write, keeps a history of your own orders and exports it, and can adjust the price of your own published advertisements within the limits you set. It is not a wallet, not an exchange and not a trading bot.
The difference between the two versions is where it runs and where that history lives. In the web version, the one available today, the engine runs on servers we operate and your data — including your encrypted Binance API key — lives there too, which is why it keeps answering your order chat while your own computer is off. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is stored, where, and what that design does not protect you from. In the Windows version, still in certification at the Microsoft Store, everything runs on your own PC and the history is a file on your own machine. You choose which one you use.
3. What you need
For the web version: a current web browser and a Google account to sign in with. For the Windows version: Windows 10 or 11 and a Microsoft Store licence — signing in with Google there is optional and only puts your name on the app. For both: your own Binance account with P2P enabled and an API key that you create yourself. You are responsible for the permissions you give that key, and we recommend restricting it from Binance to the IP address that will actually use it: the engine's in the web version, your own in the Windows version.
4. Subscription, free trial and cancellation
The app is offered as a monthly subscription with a free trial of 7 days. In the web version it is counted from the moment you connect your Binance API key, and the trial belongs to the Binance account, not to the Google account you sign in with: connecting the same Binance account again from a different Google account does not start a second trial.
While the service is in its early stage, the subscription to the web version is arranged directly with us: write to the address at the bottom of this page. There is no automated billing there yet and we do not hold your card details. If and when the Windows version is published on the Microsoft Store, a subscription bought there is billed by Microsoft, in your own currency, and it is Microsoft — not us — that processes and cancels that payment. Should anything else about billing change, this page will say so before it does, and it will say who processes the payment.
You can stop using the service at any time. If you stop paying, the engine stops working for your account. In the web version your data is then kept for a reasonable period so you can ask for it or come back, and you can also ask us to delete it, as the Privacy Policy explains. In the Windows version the history is a file on your own PC: it stays there, and we can neither delete it nor recover it for you.
5. What you are responsible for
- The messages the app sends. You write the templates and you choose when they fire. Whatever your customers read, you wrote it.
- The prices it publishes. The pricing engine only ever moves within the band and the limits you configure, and it comes switched off from the factory. Whether those numbers make sense for your market is your call.
- Your customers' data. The names and document numbers you capture in the chat are collected by you, for your records. Comply with the data-protection rules of your country.
- Following Binance's rules. Your use of Binance is governed by Binance's own terms, including its merchant guidelines. The app is built to stay well inside them — it will not chase an exact rank position and it caps how often a price can move — but your account is yours.
6. No investment advice
Nothing the app shows is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading cryptocurrency carries risk, including the risk of losing money. The app provides tools, not advice, and no result is guaranteed.
7. Not affiliated with Binance
AutoTrade P2P is an independent product. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Binance, and “Binance” is a trademark of its respective owner. The app uses Binance's official public API with the key you provide. If Binance changes or withdraws that API, parts of the app may stop working through no fault of either party.
8. Availability and limits of liability
The app is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that Binance will always answer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Acceptable use
Use the app with your own Binance account and your own advertisements. Do not use it to impersonate anyone, to harass counterparties, or to attempt anything Binance's rules forbid. Do not resell or redistribute the app.
10. Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version.
